How do I register in the online shop?

Please fill up the New Account form online and send us your company registration documents by email at [email protected]. Furthermore, if your company is VAT-registered in EU country, please email us the document verifying you company VAT code.

Once we have received your documents, we will send you your registration approval email within 1 to 2 working days.


Who can place an order in the QLT wholesale online shop?

QLT wholesale works only in B2B sector - sales are only made to traders with a valid trade licence.

I am a new customer. How do I place my first order?

First of all, please register by filling up the online New Account form and sending us your company registration documents and document verifying you company VAT code (if you are a VAT-registered in EU country). Once you have received your registration approval email, you may place your order on QLT wholesale online ordering system or by email at [email protected].

As soon as you have placed your order, you will get the confirmation email verifying that your order has been received. You will also get the second confirmation email with the details of available products and bank transfer information within 1 working day after placing your order. As soon as we get your payment we will start processing your order. Order to dispatch time for most of the products is 3 to 5 working days. Delivery time in EU countries is 2 to 8 working days.

Why I can not see any prices?

As we are a wholesaler, it is only possible for licensed traders to see the wholesale prices.

If you run a trade or business, you can easily register free of charge. As soon as you are successfully registered, you will be able to see the prices.

How will I know that my order has been received?

After completing the order process in our online shop, you will immediately get the confirmation email verifying that your order has been received. We will also send you a second confirmation email with the details of available products and payment information within 1 working day.

In addition, you can always view your orders in the “My Account >> Order History” area.

If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail please contact us immediately.


Which types of payment are possible at the online shop?

We accept only advance payments by bank transfer.

Do the prices include VAT?

The prices are presented without VAT for the VAT-registered in EU countries companies (the 0 % VAT is applied).

The prices are presented with VAT for non-VAT-registered companies from EU countries and for companies registered in non-EU countries (the 21 % VAT is applied).


What is the discount system?

3% standard discount is given automatically for orders over 1000 EUR.

Discounts based on the quarterly turnover:

  • Quarterly turnover over 4 000 EUR - 5%
  • Quarterly turnover over 10 000 EUR - 10%

How can I change my customer data?

When you are logged in, you can change your customer data in the “My Account” area at “Billing and Shipping settings”. Please note that you cannot change the billing data displayed there. Please contact us If you would like this data to be changed.

How can I enter a new delivery address?

You can enter new delivery address in the “My Account” area at “Billing and Shipping settings” while you are logged in.


May photos from the online shop be used for the further sale of items?

You can download the photos from our online shop. The photos can only be used for direct selling purposes at your online shop. If you want to use our photos for other purposes, please send us a request with the purposes and location of photos use indicated.
